Kids here
build real
things.

Robots, games, apps and AI agents, made by students 8 to 18, in teams, shown to real audiences. Technology is the material. Ideas, teamwork and finishing are what they learn.

What they actually learn

Every project runs the same way, from the 9-year-olds to the high-school interns. The tools change every year; the five skills don't.

Form the idea

Turn "it would be cool if" into a problem a team can build against.

Run the project

Scope it, split it, ship it on a date. Miss the date, learn why.

Work the team

Three people, one codebase, real disagreements.

Build with AI

Use models the way engineers do: to go further, then check the work.

Present it

Stand up and explain it to strangers.

For parents: what a semester looks like

Weekly classes, 90 minutes, about five students per teacher, in person at Carmel Valley or online. Your student finishes projects you can see, play, or hold. Eight levels take them from a first program all the way to professional certification.

The League is a San Diego 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our free Tech Club and community programs remove financial and geographic barriers for students across the county.
